Accreditations
On July 16, 2004, Biomicron obtained quality system certification in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, later updated to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 edition with the purpose: “Development and production of premixes and complementary feed for animal husbandry. Marketing of products and items for animal husbandry.”
On November 28, 2012, relinquishing the quality system certification, the following certification was obtained:

In September 2020, to cover products sold as GMP+FSA and produced by third-party manufacturers under the BIOMICRON brand (private label), BIOMICRON requested an extension of the certification to include production by third parties from the certification body DNVGL, thus moving from the GMP+FSA B3 standard to the GMP+FSA B1 standard. The new certificate was obtained on December 17, 2020, with an expiration date of December 16, 2023:

For the production of complementary feed and the trade of premixes and complementary feed
With the extension of the notification pursuant to Regulation EC 183/2005 to the phases of transshipment and storage, BIOMICRON requested DNV to also certify the Castiglione delle Stiviere storage facility for the activities of storage and transshipment, obtaining the GMP+FSA B1 certificate (number GMP055593) for the activity of storage and transshipment, with expiration on December 16, 2023.
In 2023, BIOMICRON SRL completed the transition to the 2020 version of the GMP+FSA standard for the activities of marketing complementary feed and premixes, obtaining the new certificate:
